For Twistway, the offline maze game for Android
Nothing about you is collected by this game. It has no account, no adverts, no analytics, no crash reporting and no purchases, it never opens a network connection, and the single sensor it reads is used and thrown away within the frame it arrived in.
Twistway is published by AP Eurobus d.o.o., registered in Slovenia, which releases its games under the name DriftMeadow Studio. If any personal data were processed by the game, that company would be its controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation. None is, so the designation is formal rather than practical.

Choosing the tilt controls means the game reads the accelerometer while a maze is on screen, purely to know which way the handset is leaning. Each reading moves the marker and is then gone: nothing is written to disk, nothing accumulates into a profile of how you hold a phone, and nothing is sent anywhere. Android does not gate the accelerometer behind a permission, and the app asks for none.
Switching to swipe controls in settings stops the sensor being read at all.
One small file lives in the app's private storage so that progress and times are not lost when you close it. Its contents are limited to:
Nothing in that file names or identifies you — no contact details, no photos, no location, no advertising or device identifier. It stays on the handset and is never read by us.
Each maze is built by the app itself at the moment a run begins, using the device's own randomness. No layout is fetched, no daily puzzle is served, nothing is seeded from outside, and the route you take is never compared against anything beyond the app. Hints are computed from the maze on screen and discarded once given.
The build contains no advertising SDK, so no advert interrupts a run and no advertising profile is assembled from your play. It contains no analytics and no crash reporting, so your session lengths, best times and abandoned mazes are known to you alone. It contains no billing library, which is why nothing in the game has a price. There is no sign-in and no leaderboard.
Beyond the accelerometer described above, no Android runtime permission is requested: not camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications.
There are none. Both language versions and the entire game are inside the download, so behaviour in aeroplane mode is identical to behaviour on wi-fi. Nothing leaves the device to be intercepted, and nothing arrives that could change how the app behaves after installation.
Distribution is the one place another company appears. Installing or updating Twistway is a transaction between you and Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy and its agreement with you. Our side of it is the anonymous, aggregated console view: installs, ratings, country totals, none of which resolves to a person.
Should a future release ever reach the network for any reason, this page is rewritten before that release is published, and the change is stated plainly.
A maze game is suitable at any age, and because nothing is collected from anyone, nothing is collected from children. There are no adverts, no messaging, no sharing, no links out of the app and nothing purchasable, so there is no route by which a child could disclose anything or spend money.
Parents, guardians and teachers who notice behaviour that differs from this description are welcome to write; we will check it the same week.
You may ask whether your personal data is processed, request a copy, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. Each of those rights presupposes data in our hands, and there is none — a written confirmation of that is available on request.
The save file on your handset is the only record in existence, and it obeys you: reset it in the game, clear the app's data in Android settings, or uninstall the app and it disappears with it.
Complaints can be directed to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si) or to the authority in your own country. A message to us first is usually quicker.
The page changes only when the app does, and the date in the ledger above moves with it. Versions already installed behave exactly as described here.
For anything at all — a labyrinth with no apparent exit, a marker that drifts, or a privacy question: turn@eurobus.quest, answered by the developer, usually within two days. Pišete lahko tudi v slovenščini.
